IHG previously launched a cleaning protocol that included deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants in guest rooms and public spaces, which put our hotels ahead of the curve. To expand and further strengthen those standards, IHG has been working with Ecolab and Diversey to provide higher-impact and more efficient cleanliness solutions that keep our guests and hotel colleagues safe.
Good isn’t good enough – we’re committed to high levels of cleanliness. That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet our standards. If this isn’t what you find when you check-in, then we promise to make it right.

Please note: As of July 27, face coverings are required in all indoor public spaces at our hotels. Additionally, in line with local legislation and current health authority guidance, some hotels are operating with modified or reduced services (e.g. reduction in restaurant and bar service, alternative guest room furnishings and/or amenities).
